Examination of Wiresses taken on the 2nd and

3rd. daya of March,

One thousand nine hundred and twenty-two

in the Year of Our Lord.

at Victoria in the Colcuy aforesaid,

before Roger Edward Lindsell, Eequire,

a Police Magistrate and One of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said

Colony, in the presence and hearing of

LEUNG WO, 24 of Shun Tak, ship's cook,

180 Connaught Road Central,

who was

charged before the said Justice, for that he, the said Leung Wo, on the 24th. day of February, 1922, at Victoria in this

Colony, feloniously, wilfully and of his malice aforethought

did kill and murder one Leung Yuk Tong against the peace of

our Lord the King, his Crown and dignity, contrary to Sec.2

of ord. 2 of 1865.
